Year 7 Trip to The Zoo

Senior Formal 2017

Last Friday May 12th our Year 11 and 12 students attended their senior formal at J-Ward. It was a fantastic night with all students dressing up in their formal wear and bringing their best moves to the dance floor. A very big thank you goes to the VET hospitality students and teacher Mrs Erhardt for the wonderful food that was enjoyed on the night, and also to the senior students who helped with the organisation and setting up of the event, Jackson McDonald, Gemma Hughes, Ebony McLoughlin, Patrick Higgins, Josh Cunningham and Jack Austin-King. Project Rockit

Ella Last Friday representatives from Project Rockit ran sessions for our students in Years 7 to 9 addressing the issue of bullying. Student response to the sessions was extremely positive. Last Friday Ash and Danielle from Project Rockit came and gave the Year 7 students a presentation about labels and bullying. It was very informative and lots of fun. Ash and Danielle did a great job and I hope that people got some ideas or solutions from it. Aria It was amazing to have the experience to meet such nice people and learn from them.
